We think that this rezoning proposal is a bad idea.  It's a bad idea for many reasons, including;

1. An event center will bring additional traffic to this residential neighborhood.
2. An event center will generate noise late into the night.
3. Event centers are known for attracting excessive drinking and illegal activity.
4. There are numerous event centers in the area already - another isn't needed.

6. It will lead to more commercial rezoning and development in this residential section of New Garden Road.
